Our 30-Day Ride-It Guarantee 🇨🇦
Every Tire Time shirt is printed to order, just for you. If something's not right, we'll make it right. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, Misprinted or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. It's your choice, and you don't need to send anything back.
Email us a photo of the problem along with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Wrong Size?
We'll send you a new size free, shipping included. That's one free size exchange per item, requested within 30 days of delivery. Check our Size Guide before ordering to get the right fit the first time.
Changed Your Mind?
Since each piece is made just for you, we can't offer refunds for change of mind. But if the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days for store credit. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Cancelling an Order
Printing starts quickly. If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your shirt may already be in production.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How to Start a Claim
Email tiretimeoffroad@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- What went wrong
- A photo, for damaged or misprinted items
We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
